Have you ever wanted to run the stairs at Harvard stadium? Have you ever wanted to flip a tractor tire and hit it with a sledgehammer? Have you ever wanted to drag a tire to Harvard stadium and then flip it up the stairs? Wait, what??
With this experience, I’ll create a set of three different hour-long workouts around the area for you and a friend. I’ll tailor them to your fitness level and training goals. And then we’ll go do them! Whether you’re training for Tokyo 2020 or just trying to get off the couch, I’ll put together a training plan that will be a lot of fun, and maybe even make your friends say, “You did what?!”
Who am I? I’ve been a fitness hobbyist for over 15 years: I’ve been ranked nationally in skeleton (the winter sliding sport). I’ve been a contestant on American Ninja Warrior (did you blink? then you missed me). I’ve completed a number of obstacle races, including finishing the Spartan Death Race 3 times (out of 4 attempts). I’ve run half-marathons, marathons, and ultra-marathons all in the same weekend. I’m a CrossFit Level 1 trainer. And most importantly, I’m also the father of a six year old and a four year old, so I haven’t slept properly in years.
