Denver's first true chef's-counter restaurant. Here, you'll discover a culinary experience unlike anything Denver's seen. 


Beckon is a pre-paid, ticketed experience which allows us to customize the evening to your specific desires. Because of this, we do not offer refunds. Instead, you may either reschedule your reservation within the same month (pending availability), or transfer your reservation to anyone you’d like through the Tock platform.


Each menu can be read about on the website and is filled with the temptations of the seasons—designed to elevate your senses with each course. Those with dietary requests should make them known during the reservation process to allow us to do everything we can to accommodate your needs. During the reservation process, you may opt to add a beverage pairing of your choice to your experience or select something special from our beverage list when you arrive. Each course is thoughtfully designed to heighten the enjoyment of your meal.


Plan on spending around two-and-a-half hours with us. Should you need to leave earlier than this, please make a note of that in your reservation. In addition to our seatings in the 5 o’clock hour, we have a second round of seatings beginning at 8pm. We kindly request you be mindful of other guests and make your way to the salon or front patio to continue enjoying your evening. Please take note that special events may have slightly different start times which are noted in your reservation.

Duncan Holmes
EXECUTIVE CHEF
When it comes to pushing the boundaries of food, Duncan, executive chef, has always cut against the grain. From his career beginnings in the Napa Valley, to time spent in Scandinavia, he has used these experiences to create food that’s genuine and inspired. Recently, he led the team at sister restaurant, Call, to a recognition as one of Bon Appetit Hot 10 New Restaurants in America. Before that, he served as the Culinary Director at Frasca Food and Wine in Boulder, Colorado. With connections to Colorado, it’s no surprise that his latest evolution takes place at the center of Denver’s exploding food scene.
