Scribner Hollow Farm

1261 Scribner Hollow Road, East Jewett, NY.

The farm has been listed in the Town atlas since the 1860’s. In the 1930’s and 40’s it was known as the Potato King Farm. From there it was turned into a dairy/cattle operation and then eventually a horse farm. After that, it lay fallow for years. In recent years, Chris Craft has transformed the farm from a family garden into a working garden with a farm stand, offering fresh, wholesome food to the local community and beyond.
