The winner of this bid will get three (3) mat classes at ZOË – A Pilates Studio, a spacious, fully equipped pilates studio in the heart of the Playhouse District, just minutes from downtown Pasadena. 

Exercises are performed on a padded mat and rely on body weight, gravity and props in place of an apparatus. The small group setting allows for individual attention and hands-on teaching. Each class is suited for mixed levels from beginner to advanced. Max ten (10) students per class.
