Our mission: to inspire enduring curiosity and love of learning. Here, children discover open-ended, interactive exhibits that encourage exploration and imagination.
The Discovery Museums is comprised of two buildings on our 4-plus acre campus. At the Children's Discovery Museum, younger children (toddlers through early grades) learn while they play. At the Science Discovery Museum, children and adults of all ages explore scientific concepts and hands-on creativity.

Children's Discovery Museum
Let your imagination and curiosity lead the way through ten themed, immersive learning environments that are fully hands-on and encourage imaginative play. This transformed Victorian-style house is an ideal setting for young toddlers through early elementary age children to pretend, discover a bit about themselves and their world, and enjoy quality together time with friends and caregivers.

Science Discovery Museum
Be a scientist as you use your senses and critical thinking skills to explore science, math, and engineering concepts in an exciting, hands-on environment. Explore, build, create, and discover the science of sound, magnetic force, light, force and motion, and more. Familiar materials and interactive exhibits encourage visitors of all ages to design experiments and make discoveries about their world.

Discovery Woods
Come on a nature adventure, starting with the coolest, biggest treehouse you’ve ever seen, and built by DIY Network's The Treehouse Guys! Bounce the wiggly bridge, sway in the nest swing, explore the treehouse, and climb the cargo net…on your way to explore our woodland nook, rain garden, beaver lodges, and acres of adjoining conservation land. Discovery Woods is inclusive and fully accessible.
And, it is open year-round!
