What is REIKI? Reiki is a Japanese hands-on/off technique that Relieves Pain – Mental and Physical, Reduces Stress, Relaxes Body, Mind, and Spirit, Encourages Self-Healing, Balances Energies in the Body and Promotes healing.

Lying on a massage table, and fully clothed, you will relax by listening to soft meditation music, guided meditations, or no music if you prefer. I also invite you to bring your own device with your own playlist and headphones if you’d like. I also offer doTERRA essential oils as a complimentary bonus during sessions for clients to enjoy. I gently lay my hands either directly on or right above your body, using a light touch of my hands. The head, shoulders, back, chest, stomach are most commonly worked with. Areas of physical ailment, such as a tweaked knee or broken foot for example) are also focused on as needed.

During the session, you may experience light tingling, buzzing, heat, or coolness in different parts of the body. All of this is natural and is a sign that your energy body is realigning and purifying itself. The most common experience is a sense of peace or deep relaxation by the end of the session.
