Reeds Lake and Hodenpyl Woods
Participants will learn about local plants that can be used for food and herbal medicine

and recipes will be discussed

Bio:Lisa M Rose is an herbalist and forager with a background in anthropology and a
professional focus on community health Rose’s career has included food work in the
Napa Valley ¨Leelanau County¨ GrandRapids and across the Yucatan¨Brasil and
Nicaragua She has been part of growing the local food movement in West Michigan from the ground up.
