Kick 'N Burn:

A hands-on kickboxing class, lead by Professional Muay Thai and MMA competitor Jason Zickerman, is fun and intense class which incorporates kickboxing and Muay Thai drills improving fitness, balance, core strength and lean muscle development. 
 
H.I.I.T Class:

HIT Class is an hour long class of "High Intensity Interval Training" with our fitness expert Moses McGilvery. Improve power, muscular endurance, cardiopulmonary fitness & functional range of motion through use of innovative & traditional training methods.

Kids Gloves:

This hour long class, designed by 2008 Olympic Bronze medalist Tony Jeffries, is centered around improving kids boxing skills, agility, speed, strength, confidence and discipline all while having a great time.  Kids Gloves is an energetic boxing class for ages 6 - 14. An after school program and to enhance fitness awareness.
