This home boasts uninterrupted views of the Fiscalini Ranch and Pacific Ocean that can be enjoyed from the expansive deck or virtually any room in the house. The first floor is completely open-concept, featuring a true gourmet kitchen, large dining area and great room complete with fireplace, as well as the Master bedroom with fireplace, large en suite bathroom, and walk-in closet. The second floor features 3 bedrooms – 2 with Queen beds, the third with bunk-beds and a twin trundle bed – and 2 full bathrooms, one with a tub/shower and the other with a shower. There is also a large media room with fireplace and wine cellar in the basement with walk-out access to another patio overlooking the ocean. Finally, there is a separate guest suite featuring a coffee bar, sitting area, fireplace, King bed and attached bathroom. No feature in this home has been overlooked, it is a true entertainer’s delight. Centrally located on the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve and just a short walk to Shamel Park, Moonstone Beach and the West Village of Cambria.

All linens and kitchen and pantry basics are provided. Cleaning service is included at the completion of your stay. Dates are flexible but must be coordinated with property manager and HACNS parent, Cate Morin.
