Pilatesmith offers Group, Private, and Duo reformer workouts designed to challenge your strength and endurance in order to tighten, tone, shape, and lengthen your entire body. We call them “workouts” vs. classes for a reason! If you can make coming 2-3 times a week a habit, you will see and feel your body change.
