Kundalini Yoga by the Sea is a Kundalini yoga and wellness studio in the heart of Santa Monica. We are a sacred space with an urban feel providing the amazing power of Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, to our neighborhood and beyond. KY Yoga by the Sea offers a variety of weekly classes and workshops all taught by KRI Certified Instructors. Among our offerings, the studio provides Teacher Trainings in Level I and II Kundalini Yoga, and Teacher Trainings in Reiki.
Kundalini Yoga by the Sea offers 43 classes each week on a drop-in basis. Welcoming students of all ages, stages of life and levels of experience with yoga, our instructors are highly trained and knowledgeable. We have studio offerings as early as a free 3:45AM for the traditional practice of Sadhana open to all, ending with classes starting as late as 7:45pm Monday through Friday.
