Brut IPA - Homebrew Growler (64 oz)

This highly drinkable IPA has just enough malt to still be called a beer, and that has been completely fermented to a lower density than water. Why on earth would anyone do that? There may be four ingredients in beer, but there is only one that matters in this one - HOPS! Cascade and Amarillo hops are used liberally late in the process to constrain bitterness and provide ample citrus, melon, and floral flavors and aroma. A double dry hop is added in for good measure - a truly Brut-iful thing!
