“Yellow Dog” American Pale Ale (3 ea)

Made with two malts and a single hop variety to create a light pale ale with a little bite.  Named after the brewers yellow lab Sage, who loves a good brew day!

IBU about 46 and ABV of about 5.9%

“The Hoppy Monk” Belgian IPA  (3 ea)

Started as a nice easy drinking Belgian Pale Ale and transformed into a Belgian IPA when the brewer went a little crazy with the hops while brewing.  The floral nose of a classic Belgian balanced with hop bitterness is good for any occasion.

IBUs in the 70s and ABV around 5%
