Tour of Crown Finish Caves Cheese aging tunnels and cheese tasting for 6 people.

Come tour the caves (normally not open to the public) where cheese is aged right in Crown Heights- The cave was originally built in the 1850's as a lagering tunnel for the Nassau Brewery. Over the past 5 years the cave has been renovated to hold and age 22,000 lbs of cheese. We are currently aging over 6 different types of cheeses from local producers. Come take a look and taste the cheeses.
