Two hours of test prep lessons or homework help with New York City master tutor Karen Berlin Ishii, all teaching materials included.

One two-hour lesson offered at the student's home, if in Manhattan. If not located in Manhattan, students may otherwise take one 2-hour lesson or two 1-hour lessons at Karen's home on the Upper West Side, or via Skype. Karen teaches students for the PSAT, SAT, ACT, ISEE, SSAT, SHSAT, COOP, HSPT, NYS ELA and Math exams, GMAT and GRE. 

A Brown University grad with over 20 years' experience as an academic and test prep teacher, Karen tutors students in person in New York City and around the world via Skype. She specializes in reading, writing, grammar, math, and preparation for standardized tests for students from 2nd-12th grades and beyond. Karen previously taught for The Princeton Review and later founded Boston Academic Tutors, producing PSAT and SAT courses for The British School in Boston.  She lectures on SAT and ACT prep for Summer@Brown University and edits test prep textbooks for Barrons.
