NuYu Revolution is a holistic, thoughtful and compassionate exercise studio designed to build solid foundations for a healthy, ongoing relationship with fitness. Their small group, class-only experiences educates students in correct posture, alignment and breathing above intensity, preserving the musculoskeletal system. Offerings include Yoga, Mat Pilates, Posture Cycle, Cardio and Mindful Strengthening at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.
Studio located at 2637 Broadway (at 100th Street).
Special Instructions
Package is only for new members, and must be activated by July 31, 2019. Classes expire 1 month from date of activation (studio policies apply).
