Enjoy a Sound Bath Meditation under the stars followed by drinks, wine, cheese/snacks and fun times hosted by Janna and Chris Jones

*Dress Warm & Cozy(layers suggested). We will be laying on the grass in the backyard.

*Bring Yoga mat, Blankets, Pillows, etc (For laying on the ground all together)

Starts Promptly at 8:00pm: Part meditation, part listening experience, sound baths are healing musical performances played with Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, biosonic tuning forks, and shamanic drumming. Participants lay on the floor in supported savasana (corpse pose) and let the waves of sound wash over you. This will be at our home in Mar Vista, right near school.
