Description
Who has time for kids, work, AND an hour workout? PLATEFIT’s machines use vibration technology to engage the muscles and deliver better results in a shorter amount of time…fewer than 30 minutes of your busy day! Classes range from Boot-Camp to Barre to Cellulite, all on the Power Plate, a vibrating platform which stimulates your muscles to contract 25-50 times per second, and stimulates circulation, too. You’ll feel even higher than the astronauts the machine was first invented for!
Enjoy a 5 Class Package to one of 3 PLATEFIT's locations (Studio City, WeHo, Brentwood).
Restrictions : Must wear grip socks. Not recommended for pregnant women or people with pacemakers.
Certificate good for 6 months from activation.
Special Instructions
All items not taken home at the end of the Gala on May 10th will be available for pickup at the Larchmont Charter Administrative Office, 444 N. Larchmont Blvd., #207, Los Angeles, CA 90004 on Tuesday, May 14 from 9am - 2pm and on Wednesday, May 15 from 9am - 2pm.
If you are not local or are not able to pick up your items on May 14th or 15th, please make alternate arrangements for pick up by emailing us at gala@larchmontcharter.org.
Bidder is responsible for a shipping and handling fee (gift certificates can be shipped for free by arrangement) which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via UPS or USPS, and billed at standard industry rates.
