As Chef de Cuisine at The Restaurant, it is Monica Olaes’ vision to bring guests on a culinary journey, showcasing classical American dishes with a contemporary twist that are inspired by her time growing up on a farm, her travels, and the influence of Los Angeles’ culturally diverse culinary landscape. Her menu features fresh seafood and meats paired with house made sauces such as Whole Branzino with Minty Salsa Verde, signature vegan dishes like Purple Potato Gnocchi and flavorful shareable plates including a modern take on traditional Fry Bread. A robust collection of wine and spirits are available in addition to an artful selection of classic cocktails.
The gift certificate may not be transferred or sold by the Bearer and is requested upon arrival at Guest Reception.

All items not taken home at the end of the Gala on May 10th will be available for pickup at the Larchmont Charter Administrative Office, 444 N. Larchmont Blvd., #207, Los Angeles, CA 90004 on Tuesday, May 14 from 9am - 2pm and on Wednesday, May 15 from 9am - 2pm.
If you are not local or are not able to pick up your items on May 14th or 15th, please make alternate arrangements for pick up by emailing us at gala@larchmontcharter.org.
Bidder is responsible for a shipping and handling fee (gift certificates can be shipped for free by arrangement) which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via UPS or USPS, and billed at standard industry rates.
