Poetry is a mirror, a magnifying glass, a telescope. This summer join Get Lit’s Summer Camp to look inside yourself and blossom as a poet and performer. Get ready to ignite your writing and skyrocket your impact using the Get Lit model of Classic and Response. Join award-winning poets and performers for a 2-week masterclass for teens (ages 13-19) in the art of poetry and the spoken word. "We will claim classic poems and write original responses, digging into what makes a great poem and a memorable performance. Students will take self-expression to the next level by exploring their connection to the audience and poetic persona- alongside our most pressing social issues, to build the tools they need to become powerful voices for their generation."

Special Instructions
All items not taken home at the end of the Gala on May 10th will be available for pickup at the Larchmont Charter Administrative Office, 444 N. Larchmont Blvd., #207, Los Angeles, CA 90004 on Tuesday, May 14 from 9am - 2pm and on Wednesday, May 15 from 9am - 2pm.
If you are not local or are not able to pick up your items on May 14th or 15th, please make alternate arrangements for pick up by emailing us at gala@larchmontcharter.org.
Bidder is responsible for a shipping and handling fee (gift certificates can be shipped for free by arrangement) which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via UPS or USPS, and billed at standard industry rates.
