1 king room with en suite bathroom
1 queen room
1 queen bunk beds with twin trundle (top bunk fits 2 small children or 1 adult)
Good for 3 night / 4 days stay from June 2019 - Sept 2019. Not valid for July 3-6 or Aug 30 - Sept 2.
In order to book legally we ask winner to book through air bnb and cover the cleaning fee of $100. Once the winner had chosen their date, they can message us through air bnb to request dates. We will send a special booking link to them to confirm the house.
Special Instructions
All items not taken home at the end of the Gala on May 10th will be available for pickup at the Larchmont Charter Administrative Office, 444 N. Larchmont Blvd., #207, Los Angeles, CA 90004 on Tuesday, May 14 from 9am - 2pm and on Wednesday, May 15 from 9am - 2pm.
If you are not local or are not able to pick up your items on May 14th or 15th, please make alternate arrangements for pick up by emailing us at gala@larchmontcharter.org.
Bidder is responsible for a shipping and handling fee (gift certificates can be shipped for free by arrangement) which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via UPS or USPS, and billed at standard industry rates.
