Amy’s approach to Massage Therapy is tailored to the individual. Her intention is to create a balanced therapeutic session. As she blends a combination of different modalities including; Swedish / Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Craniosacral & Soft Tissue Release. She is able to address specific needs assisting in restoration and relief of tension.
