Coarse is the brainchild of award-winning restaurateur and chef Vincent Chorizo. Chef Vince curates a unique dining experience where guests interact solely with chefs. Brooklyn-born Chef Vince also owns and is the executive chef of US staple Via. He has worked with industry giants like Daniel Boulud, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Rocco Dispirito, Marco Moreira, Marcus Samuelsson, and Sarah Jenkins. He has cooked internationally at Michelin-Star restaurants in France, Spain, Italy, Sweden, and California.
