About Needle On Full owner, Terry Tomoff, "I have been a quilter for over 30 years. My passion for making Tshirt quilts began about 15 years ago when I did a few quilts for a couple of family members and friends. As more folks saw me working on them, word spread, and I began making more quilts for friends of friends and friends of family. About ten years ago I purchased a second hand long-arm machine, and this enhanced the ease of all the quilting needed for the the heavy layers of each quilt."
