About the artist:
Rob Jones is the owner and sole employee of Animal Rummy, a graphic design outfit headquartered in Austin, TX. Born and raised in Albany, GA, Rob earned his bachelor's degree in English at Vanderbilt University and then a master's degree in advertising at the University of Texas at Austin. Rob made his bones primarily through his graphic work for Jack White and his various musical incarnations: The White Stripes, The Raconteurs, The Dead Weather, and his solo outing. In 2012, Rob (along with Jack White) won the Grammy Award for his packaging design of The White Stripes’ box set, "Under Great White Northern Lights".
In addition to band work, Rob also spearheaded the poster and soundtrack divisions of Mondo, an Austin company specializing in silkscreened movie posters, toys, soundtracks and other collectables.
When not working, Rob enjoys sleeping, drinking tea, and writing about himself in third person.
