A magnum (1.5L) of La Jota 2000 Anniversary Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon will be an excellent addition to your cellar. Howell Mountain is one of Napa Valley's most prestigious hillside AVAs. It covers an area of land on the Vaca mountain range in the northern part of the valley, and is famous for its robust, complex red wines.

As noted by Wine Spectator, this vintage has "a mix of ripe, supple currant, plum and black cherry, with pretty herb, earth and sage notes that are concentrated and intense. Has firm tannins but also good length." From the private cellar of winemaker Christopher Carpenter.
