Special Instructions
The plaque measures 7 3/4” high X 9 3/4” wide. On the back in upper right hand area, see picture, there is one VERY SLIGHT blemish. Would be very hard to see if given as a gift. The rest of the plaque is in new condition...never used. I would consider it gift worthy, but you decide.
