Wow, what a nifty 4th of July for your special activities. This could be used as a center piece or by setting its self and be a big hit! Look at those two sweet Bichons in their red, white and blue attire all ready to head out to any activities for that special holiday. Artist Paula Hollaman hand painted these lovelies plus sealed her painting to last. It’s red, white and blue with stars on the front and both sides. The bird hole is open not painted on with a perch under it. The wire hanger has one white and one blue bell attached.
