This pen has a hand-turnd body, made from Spalted Hackleberry. The body is sanded smooth and given a finish of hand applied acrylic. The plating on the metal parts of the pen is Chrome, nearly indestructible under normal use.

The ends of the pen use facsimilies of bullets used by both sides in the American Civil War, and are a reminder of our American History.

The pen uses a Parker style refill, available in a variety of stores, when a replacement cartridge is needed.
