It's 3200+ square feet and sleeps 8 in beds plus 2 more on an air mattress.  

The home also has a lovely deck with plenty of seating to enjoy the views of the pines ands aspens and there are trails right behind the house that will take you into the forest.  

You'll also find a neighborhood park with walking trail, ideal for hikers, snowshoeers or cross-country skiers.  You'll be a quick five minute drive to Fairplay and less than 30 miles to Breckenridge for winter sports. The home is approximately 2.25 hours from Denver International Airport.

You'll also be a short drive away from amazing summer activities and the renowned winter ski mecca of Breckenridge.
