From pop-up restaurants in Mexico City to cooking in Cyprus and China, he is fascinated by all aspects of the food world and has done bespoke work for high profile clients such as Google, Waitrose, Vodafone, the BBC, and ITV. He also works on local community projects, with cooperatives and many charities.

This incredible prize offers two people the opportunity to enjoy a dining experience in Eddie’s unique ‘Walled Gardens’ underground restaurant in Manchester, England.
