The whole class has made a journey towards discovering Versailles in this last school period, and came up with this idea of presenting portraits of the class mimicking the ones displaying the Royal family and the court in Versailles…

The 2nd grade students thought of ways to dress up and pose to create a meaningful series of portraits picturing a specific period from the past, a specific Art (Music, Painting, Literature, sports…) or any other way to produce a prestigious portrait.

We took pictures, selected and cut frames and backgrounds, painted a canvas and assembled everything to create this wall of portraits.
