The ADK Gem is located on one of the main roads into Saranac Lake, NY. The house was constructed in the 1880's, but has had a total renovation. The ADK Gem has more than 2100 feet of total living space. It is a newly remodeled 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, with a full modern kitchen, dining room seating for 8, kitchen island seating for 4.

The village of Saranac Lake is located within the Adirondack Park and it is the sister town of Lake Placid - a 2-time host of the winter Olympics. The region offers some of the best skiing and snowboarding in the world at White Face mountain and surrounding areas, and it is one of the most pristinely preserved parks in the world, great for outdoor activities in the summer, including canoeing, kayaking, rock-climbing, hiking, and more.
