The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, and a two burner hotplate. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the second bedroom has two twin beds. The living room has a queen size sleep sofa, seasonal fireplace, and a balcony with a gas grill.

Upper level is a two bedroom, two bath unit that can also accommodate a total of 6 guests. It includes a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, a stove and oven. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the second bedroom has two twin beds. The living room has a queen size sleep sofa, seasonal fireplace, and a balcony with a gas grill. A washer and dryer are available for use inside the foyer.
