Chef Emeril Lagasse and his wife Alden as they invite you to the fourth annual, Emeril Lagasse Foundation’s Line, Vine & Dine. While the boats are away, guests will be entertained with land lovers’ activities starting on Thursday evening at the Captain’s Reception. All weekend, sip and savor some of Napa’s and Sonoma’s best wines poured by their proud makers. Friday enjoy a fashion show and luncheon presented by Neiman Marcus followed by the evening Dockside Weigh-In Celebration complete with guest chef-prepared dishes, special wines and live music. On Saturday evening, enjoy the Vine & Dine Seafood Cook-Off with Emeril and special guest chefs overlooking the marina, where acclaimed winemakers will be pouring their best limited-release selections. The evening continues with a live auction and concludes with surprise live musical entertainment. Don’t let this lot be “the one that got away!”
