Your journey will be guided by Sarah Haynes, owner of InRoot LLC, she will travel to you and provide everything you need in the comfort of your own home or location. All materials are provided for you: bolsters, blocks, straps, mats, and blankets. Simply show up on your mat and enjoy you time.

You don’t need any fancy equipment or be flexible to practice Yoga. Yoga is a journey for the mind and body. Sarah's goal is to leave you relaxed, rejuvenated, empowered and in control every time. It is a personal journey and she is there to help guide YOUR practice.
