Located in St. Augustine, Florida, Fried Chicken Kitchen is a southern food truck and catering company driven by locally sourced ingredients and timeless family recipes. Created by St. Augustine native Spencer Upchurch, Fried Chicken Kitchen believes in three simple principals; family, friends and fried chicken. 
 
Founder, Spencer H. Upchurch was born and raised in St. Augustine and is a sixth generation resident of North Florida. After graduating from the University of Florida (Go Gators) Spencer traveled around the eastern seaboard working for the railroad for 5 years. After returning home, Spencer quickly realized there was a problem in his beloved St. Augustine; there was no place to get his favorite food; fried chicken. And so, the idea of Fried Chicken Kitchen was born!
