At end of the silent auction, winners will be notified via email or text.  Items will be processed, paid for and picked up at the auction tent. If you have won a silent auction item, but have already left the event, your items will be processed for payment using the credit card on file.  You have 5 business days to pick up you auction items at the Tittabawassee Township Office.  If not picked up, the items will be shipped to you at your expense.  Bidder is responsible for shipping and handling fees, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via The USPS and billed at standard industry rates.
