Since its opening in January 2006 by certified Baptiste Teacher and Mystic native Amy “Dechen” Zezulka, the Shala community continues to grow due to its inspirational teachers and nurturing atmosphere.

MYS is an Official Baptiste Studio. All of us at the Mystic Yoga Shala are dedicated to bringing you safe, fun, challenging and growth-promoting yoga classes designed to empower and help you shine!

The majority of our classes are based on the Baron Baptiste Power Vinyasa method and are taught by certified Baptiste Teachers or tachers in the process of becoming Baptiste Certified. However, we have strong respect for all yoga masters and styles of yoga and frequently offer classes and workshops form other traditions as well.
