La Casa de Loto is a Buddhist Meditation & Yoga Retreat Centre, set within a beautiful reforestation project high up in the Colombian Mountains. Here, you'll spend a week meditating and connecting to your mind and body with the help of beautiful surroundings and experienced teachers and staff, led by Karma Pema Tsering.  

The week long stay at La Casa de Loto will consist of daily guided meditations, yoga classes, question and answer rounds, freshly cooked ayurvedic food (vegetarian meals 3x/day with option of chicken 1x/day), and a variety of optional massages and treatments.
