Copper Beech Institute is an independent, non-sectarian retreat center that attracts master teachers from around the corner and across the globe.   The programs offered at Copper Beech cultivate mindfulness, compassion and personal well-being in all that pass through their doors.  Their goal is to help you reconnect with the things that matter most in life. The successful bidder will select the weekend retreat of his or her choice (two-night max) from among Copper Beech Institute’s mindfulness offerings at their main campus in West Hartford, CT and their satellite retreat location on the Connecticut shoreline in Madison, CT.  A sample weekend retreat schedule can be viewed here.

Accommodations will be in a private room, simple and impeccably clean, with shared restroom. Rooms are newly furnished and have queen-sized beds and air-conditioning.  The food is lovingly prepared and there’s something at each meal to satisfy every palate, including vegetarian and gluten-free options.
