This hand-pulled linocut by Sandy Eastok was one in a series of 26 mahasattvas or "great beings" from the Buddhist, Celtic, and Native American traditions produced over the course of a single year. The successful bidder for this item will receive the "Fulla" linocut from that series. 


Says Sandy, "I abandoned myself to learning about each being. I started with academic and traditional sources, but my primary source was personal and intimate impressions in meditation and the currents of life."


Sandy is one of the founders of Sebastopol Gallery in Sebastopol, California.


Materials: Printed in black ink on rice paper, in a light grey mat.
