The building's history stretches back to 1897 where it was a stable for the town's horses, a garage to house automobiles and in 1949, made into the Fine Arts Theatre.

Items will be available for pickup starting December 11th. Items that can be sent in a first class envelope will be mailed for free on December 12th, but the winning bidder accepts any risk.
