Ibby

Ibby was surrendered to the shelter as a young puppy. The individual surrendering Ibby told the Animal Control Officer that she was a stray, but the ACO knew that to be untrue as he knew the man and knew that Ibby was his own dog. Unfortunately, people will lie when surrendering their dog to avoid a citation of not having their dog up to date on vaccinations and licensed.

Ibby was luckily pulled from the shelter into a loving foster home soon after being surrendered.  The rescue ensured she was up to date on all of her vaccinations, healthy, and will be ready to transport North soon to find her Furever home!
