Virginia

Virginia was found in West Memphis, Arkansas tied out on a chain with no food or water in sight. The Animal Control Officer explained to the owner they were required to have water readily available and in the shade. The Officer came back the next day and the conditions for Virginia were unchanged. The Officer brought her back to the West Memphis Animal Shelter were she was lucky enough to be chosen for Rescue and will be heading North soon! This girl has no idea how bright her future is!
