Fornax Bread Company sells freash artisan breads. All breads made daily from scratch. Fornax bread is hand-crafted, European-style bread. Signature bread is the “boule,” a deep flavored slow fermented and slightly sour loaf of milled wheat, organic whole wheat and organic whole rye flours. Also offered Italian style white bread, French baguettes, seeded rye, dark pumpernickel with raisins, multi grain with sunflower and sesame seeds, walnut raisin bread, fresh rosemary bread, garlic and sesame bread.
