Description
120 NYC Bus Shelter Faces (4 weeks). Cost of production (Using Estimated $50/Face x 120 Faces +20% production overage = $7.2k/Package (responsibility of the recipient).
Allotment of media is predicated on full 5 borough coverage. This means approximately 20% of locations in Manhattan, with 80% balance in the other 4 boroughs (Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Staten Island). Once scheduling is agreed upon, activity will be “charted” into the software system 2-3 weeks prior, so we can provide recipient list of locations.
Special Instructions
Actual scheduling to be arranged with recipient and NYC & Company, based on availability. I would want to set a timing parameter of when to use the media between October 2019 and June 2020. Auction winners can contact me, and I’ll walk them through the details.
If needed NYC & Company can recommend production companies if recipients wish.
