Colorful pattern inspired by original artwork (Indigo Girl) by Laura Park printed on canvas and stretched over 1.5" gallery frame.
As a child, Laura’s favorite memories took place in her grandmother’s studio in Lexington, NC, where her passion for art was born. She loved going with her grandmother to fabric stores where Laura would collect brightly colored scraps from the floor to take home to piece together for patchwork quilts.
As an adult, she initially set aside art for a career as an elementary school teacher, but the creative drive never left her. Seven years ago she created Laura Park Interiors at Cotswold Marketplace in Charlotte, where she sold her paintings and interior decor. Eventually her paintings evolved into a line of textiles and in 2016 Laura Park Designs was born. In addition to pillows and fabric, Laura Park Designs provides wall coverings, home décor, and personal accessories.
Special Instructions
Items can be picked up at Hayes Barton Methodist Church on Sunday, November 17th between 1pm-2pm in the Fellowship Hall. If you are not on-site to pick up your item, you will be contacted regarding coordinating pick up. If shipping is required, all shipping and packaging charges will be charged to the winning bidder.
If you are the winning bidder your credit card will be charged for your items at 2:30pm on the day of the auction (November 17th). If you wish to pay another way, please arrive to the check out desk in the Fellowship Hall prior to this time.
