Baby Boot Camp offers stroller-based fitness classes for women.  Classes are physically challenging but modified for all levels. We meet Monday-Friday 9:30-10:30AM at Lake Temescal and Sundays 9-10AM at Joaquin Miller Park.  Come with or without your stroller.  We have many moms with older kids that attend.
