How to Wear It: Detach Velcro strips and insert ice pack into opening. Once inserted, attach one side of Velcro strip only to create an opening for the leg. Gently place your leg through the opening and ease the belt up to lay on your hips. Once secure, simply attach Velcro strip to fit.

Clever Pocket Insert Feature: Wearable belt has a built-in channel located at the pelvic floor/crotch for easy insertion/removal of your ice pack. Inner channel is made from soft, lightweight, stretchy rayon/cotton blend.
